Welcome to Baby's Away Great Smoky Mountains! I'm Rachel, the local brand representative. I'm a Knoxville native and mother of two.

We rent baby gear in and around the Smoky Mountains, including Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Knoxville. We also serve Townsend, Wears Valley, Walland, Maryville, Alcoa (including Knoxville's TYS airport), Lenoir City, Kingston, Oak Ridge, Farragut, Clinton, Jefferson City, Morristown, Dandridge, and Newport (just to name a few).

Whether you're planning to hike in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, to ride the roller coasters at Dollywood, to cheer on the University of Tennessee Vols, or whatever else is bringing you to our area, WELCOME! We at Baby's Away Great Smoky Mountains are here to make your family’s stay an enjoyable one. Leave the baby gear at home and let us bring it to you instead!

Delivery Information:

• Delivery Hours: Daily 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Extended hours may available for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.
• Delivery Fees: Typically $50-$80 depending on location and equipment. This fee also includes pick-up of equipment.
• Please Note: We request at least 48 hours’ notice for deliveries. With less than 48 hours' notice, please call or text. We will do our very best to accommodate you! A rush charge will be added to the delivery fee.

Airbnb/VRBO Deliveries:

Let your property manager know that you’ve rented equipment from Baby’s Away Smoky Mountains. Be sure to include their name and contact number when placing your order with us. This allows us to coordinate entry to the property before and after your stay. If we can't access the property, we may be able to make arrangements to securely store the equipment.

Airport Deliveries:

We can meet you at the airport to deliver your items. (This might be an especially good option if you are flying in and renting car seats from us.) Just include your flight information, and we can meet you when you land.

Holiday Travel:

Are you considering booking for busy holiday periods, school breaks, or University of Tennessee home football game weekends? We recommend reserving at least two weeks in advance to ensure we have the gear you need.

Winter Weather:

During the winter season, snow can hit the mountains at any time. Due to safety concerns and road closures, certain areas of our normal delivery area (mostly cabins at high elevations) are not accessible for our delivery van from late November to early March. If your travel plans bring you to our neck of the woods during this beautiful time of year, we can arrange for other options to get you the gear you need. Generally main roads will remain passable, so we can arrange a meeting location nearer to a main road, like the Gatlinburg welcome center or at a restaurant you are planning to try. We can also arrange to meet you at the airport if you are flying in.

Corporate Rentals:

Long-term corporate rentals are also available. For monthly rates or further inquiries, please contact us directly by email or phone.
