Answer: We understand that plans change and if you need to cancel please provide as much notice as possible. There is no cancellation fee if notice is given 24 hours prior to the delivery date. However, depending on the location and the time of year, the cancellation policy can vary with each location. That being said, we do understand that emergencies happen and we will work with you to the best of our ability.

Answer: Baby’s Away was founded in 1990. We started our service in Breckenridge Colorado and have been expanding to other ski areas, beach locations, resorts and metro cities throughout the USA.
